God Said He Will Release The Abducted School Girls -- Prophet TB Joshua

Here is what Prophet T.B. Joshua said on Sunday 27th April 2014 concerning the abducted schoolgirls in Borno State, Nigeria:

“They have to be released. That is the voice of God. I saw a vision where some of these girls have escaped and they are trying to find their way from the forest to the town. In the midnight, some of these girls ran away. The ones that are still under their custody – God said He will release them. This is the voice of God. God has spoken – these children must be released. We can’t wait to see them. God has marked them that nothing should happen.

“The family members of the abducted schoolgirls - your pain is our pain. I learnt many of the parents are in the bush. Please come back home. It is not your battle alone but the battle of all people of God all over the world. They are also our children.

“We are in a spiritual battle. God has promised all of them will come out free, without harm and hurt. However, if there is unnecessary confrontation, it may affect them. I want to tell our security men that they should take it easy. They should not go with full force because it will bounce back on these children. Let us be prayerful and at the same time be tactical and strategic, so they will not harm our dear schoolgirls. Their captors are in a place where they cannot move forward or backwards. Confrontation is dangerous. The security men should be very careful in their strategy and approach.

“Almost half of these girls have escaped and are inside the bush. Our prayer is safety for these little ones. Let them come out! We can’t wait to see them! I was expecting “Breaking News” last Thursday that almost half of them escaped. It was the shooting of our security men they heard that scared them. They are afraid the shooting is from the militants, not knowing our security forces were coming to rescue them. They have stopped their journey and are hanging somewhere. God is in control!

“Lift up your voice and pray for the protection of these girls. Remember our security forces too in prayer. Ask God to give them more wisdom and a clean and clear strategy, so that their approach will not be attack for attack. No matter what the militants do, even if they attack, they should not attack back in order not to harm our girls. On Tuesday, be in an attitude of prayer. 10. India
India rarely invests much in gold, as the country operates under a belief that buying gold leads to a deficit. The country currently holds 557.7 tonnes of gold, making up 9.9 percent of the country’s total forex reserve. Ten percent is the generally agreed-upon ideal average, and India is careful to remain right around that mark for maximum diversification.

9. Netherlands
Over the last decade and a half, Netherlands has been selling off some tonnes of gold to reduce its reserve. Less gold sold than the country wanted, and in recent years, this desire to sell has been reduced. Netherlands holds 52 percent of its forex reserve in gold, which currently totals 612.5 tonnes

8. Japan
The small but powerful nation of Japan had been steadily increasing its reserves of gold since the 1960s. That reserve grew until the year 2011, when the country began to sell some of its reserves in order to calm the investors and stimulate the economy in the wake of the tsunami and the following Fukushima nuclear disaster. Japan’s reserves hover around 2 percent, with the official total reaching 765.2 tonnes.

7. Russia
Russia is the fourth largest producer of gold in the world, and has been building up its own reserves since 2006 in order to diversify. After a domestic purchase in 2012 of around 75 tonnes, the Russian gold reserve total reaches just shy of 970 tonnes. This investment brings the forex reserve percentage up to 9.8 percent, just shy of the ideal ten percent mark.

6. Switzerland
Prior to 1997, Switzerland was steadily building its gold reserves. In 1997, the decision was made to sell some of those reserves to bolster the Swiss currency and diversify the forex reserves. The forex reserve percentage in Switzerland is currently eight percent, with the country being the lowest on this list to hold over 1,000 tonnes; the total currently announced as 1,040.1 tonnes.

5. China
China is the world’s number one producer of gold, and yet very little of that gold is held in reserve for the country. Instead, most of it is sold and the profit reinvested in the Chinese markets. In the coming years, however, China looks to be expanding its need for gold, to increase its forex percentage above the current 1.7 percent. China currently holds 1,054.1 tonnes of gold in reserve.

4. France
France is the first country on this list to break 2,000 tonnes of gold in reserve. The country currently holds 2,435.4 tonnes. The country has recently sold over 500 tonnes, but has no plans to continue these sales in the coming years. France has a high reserve percentage in gold investment, reaching 65 percent.

3. Italy
Italy has seen its share of economic problems in the last decade, and its high gold reserve percentage is a symptom of the larger problem. Italy’s forex reserve ratio sits at 65 percent, with the country holding slightly more gold than France. Italy holds 2,451.8 tonnes of gold in reserve.

2. Germany
As the second largest holder of gold reserves in the world, Germany has been selling gold in small amounts over the last several years. However, the country recently announced its intentions to purchase gold from physical reserves in both Paris and New York. The current German gold total is 3,390.6 tonnes, making up 66 percent of the country’s forex reserves.

1. United States
Coming as a surprise to no one, the United States is the third largest producer of gold and the single largest holder of gold reserves in the world. The only larger gold reserve in a single organization is the G6, of which many nations reside in the top ten individually. The United States gold reserve percentage is 70 percent, with the physical stockpile reaching 8,133.5 tonnes. This number has fallen in the last half-century from the all-time high of over 20,000 tonnes.

Dani Alves Eats Racist Banana on the Field

Barcelona defender Dani Alves responded to a racist taunt when a banana landed at his feet during Sunday's game at Villarreal by picking up the fruit, peeling and then eating it before proceeding to take a corner kick.

Alves said after the match that humor is the best way to combat racism in sports.

"We have suffered this in Spain for some time," Alves said. "You have to take it with a dose of humor. We aren't going to change things easily.

"If you don't give it importance, they don't achieve their objective."

Alves has often been subjected to racist taunts and called fighting racism "a lost war" in January 2013, after segments of Real Madrid's fans abused him with monkey chants during a match.

During the match, Alves had already played a key part in sparking his team's 3-2 comeback when his off-target shot was turned into an own goal Gabriel Armando in the 65th.

And shortly after the banana incident, Alves launched a cross that Mateo Musacchio headed into his own goal in the 78th before Lionel Messi scored Barcelona's winner.

The win kept Barcelona four points from league leader Atletico Madrid.

Nigeria civilians want arms permit to fight Boko Haram — AA News, Turkey

In a letter to the president, the Every Nigerian Do Something (ENDS) said they have nearly 25,000 volunteers

A Nigerian NGO has written to President Goodluck Jonathan requesting permission to recruit, train and arm thousands of civilian volunteers to fight the Boko Haram militant group, according to the group’s leader.

“We have allowed the crisis to become more complicated. We have been too slow; we have been sleeping,” Peregrino Brimah, a popular social activist and public intellectual, told Anadolu Agency.

In the letter, dated April 26, the Every Nigerian Do Something (ENDS) told the president that nearly 25,000 Nigerians – including retired soldiers and policemen – had volunteered to take the battle against Boko Haram to the insurgents’ hideouts provided they are allowed to carry arms.

“This commitment will require funding, it will require training and it will require collaboration and cooperation with the security services,” read the letter, a copy of which was obtained by AA.

“We hereby request that you give approval and direct the corresponding arms of government to act necessarily,” it added.

Boasting of massive support from Nigerians and friends of Nigeria, ENDS said it was not asking the government to fund the initiative.

“We…are capable and ready to arm this civilian force and sponsor all logistics of the operation,” it added.

Brimah said they are seeking the president’s approval to carry arms so that government troops would not kill their volunteers and advertise them as Boko Haram fighters.

The request to carry arms follows criticism of the government’s handling of the abduction of scores of schoolgirls in Borno by suspected Boko Haram militants.

Two weeks after, neither the government nor the military has given answers to the mystery surrounding the abduction or the fate of the schoolgirls.

More than 1500 people have been killed this year alone in attacks blamed on Boko Haram insurgents.

Boko Haram first emerged in the early 2000s, preaching against government misrule and corruption. The group later became violent, however, after the death of its leader while in police custody.

In the years since, it has been blamed for attacking places of worship and government institutions, along with causing thousands of deaths.

More than 1500 people have been killed this year alone in attacks blamed on Boko Haram insurgents.

“Nigeria belongs to all of us. As Living Perfect Master, I cannot be here and all these continue. I am challenging the Northern leaders to an open debate in a national television. Let them swear by the name of the Creator and all the seven elements of the earth that their actions were not the direct reflection of Boko Haram onslaught.” 

Those are the words of the Guru Maharaj Ji, the Spiritual Leader of One Love Family with headquarters in the capital of Oyo State, Ibadan. He said he had already told President Goodluck Jonathan who the sponsors of the sect are. Guru concluded by saying that some former military rulers, a former Vice President, and some leaders in the North are the ones funding the deadly group.

So, what is Oga Jonathan waiting for before taking action? Or could it be that he doesn't believe the man?

Advising women in similar situations, she said, “Just believe in yourself and with hard work, you will get there. God is always faithful. I killed my emotions and I said to myself ‘Rachael, your kids must go to the best schools.’ It was just work and my children.

SAD NEWS! Vice President, Sambo’s Younger Brother Dies In Fatal Car Accident!

One of Nigeria’s finest pilots, Captain Sabo Sambo, died on Sunday in an auto accident on the airport road in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Captain Sambo, 60, was the younger brother to the Vice President, Namadi Sambo.

He was on his way to catch a flight when his tire punctured. His car was said to have hit a tree and went up in flames.

In his condolence message, President Goodluck Jonathan described the death as a very tragic one, coming at a time the country still needed the services of Captain Sambo.

He prayed that God would grant his soul eternal rest and asked the Vice President, the family, the government and people of Kaduna State to bear the loss with fortitude.

The Vice President was away in Tanzania on an official visit when the news broke that the younger brother had passed on.

The burial had already taken place according to Islamic rites.

Many friends and well-wishers gathered at the Vice President’s residence to console him on the tragic loss

Among those who came to condole him were President Goodluck Jonathan, the First Lady, Mrs patience Jonathan and many other government officials

The Chief Imam of the Abuja Mosque led in a short prayer for the repose of the soul of the departed

Vice President Sambo described his brother, whom he said had gone back to God, as one of the best pilots in the country.

Captain Sambo was a retired Air Force Pilot and had served with the Presidential Air Fleet before moving into private practice.

The prayer is that God will grant him eternal rest and the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
