While checking in with Ebro, Laura Stylez and Peter Rosenberg on HOT97, Bobby Shmurda made his first radio interview since being arrested in January of 2014.
Unfortunately, his phone call was mysteriously cut short right as the Brooklyn rapper was explaining how he felt his arrest was unwarranted. “The cops said things like ‘I don’t want my kids listening to your music,’ Bobby told HOT97 before getting cut off.
Bobby says he’s currently in protective custody after getting into a recent altercation with an inmate. The incident also sent his friend and GS-9 rap group member Rowdy Rebel to the box.
